Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only if shipment processing has not started from our warehouse.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 working days after confirmation. Once shipment processing begins, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

If an order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel it, it will be treated as a Returned Order, and the return procedures will apply.

Partial order cancellation is allowed wherever applicable.
