Exchange Policy
All the exchange products will be delivered to your location within 7 working days
Exchange requests can be placed within 7Â days from the date of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to:
- Product availability
- Serviceability of delivery location
Important conditions:
- Exchanged products cannot be exchanged
- Exchanges for products of different values are not
- Customers wishing to purchase products with different prices should return the existing item and place a fresh order.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Innerwear
- Clearance sale items
- Used garments
- Washed garments
- Socks
- Accessories
Conditions for Return / Exchange
Products must satisfy the following conditions:
- Product should be unused
- Product should be unwashed
- Original tags must remain attached
- Original packaging should be intact
- Invoice/bill should be included
Products returned in damaged, used, stained, altered, or unsellable condition may not be accepted.
Please ensure products are packed safely to avoid transit damage.
